T-Ball teaches foundation skills that prepare kids for baseball and softball. Players are coached by volunteer parents and hit from a Tee throughout the season. The emphasis is on fun, instruction, and equal participation.  Practices and games are held at Lakeview Recreation Area (208 S 35th Pkwy).

A participant's age is based on their age on May 1st.

*All participants must play at least one year in each league

This instructional softball program is for girls ages 6-16. Practices and games are held at Santa Fe Ball Park (see map below). Practices begin in May, games begin in June, and the season should end by the first week of July (depending on weather).

YOUTH VOLLEYBALL

WHO: Grades K-8th

SEASON:  Practice - Weekday evenings

                 Games - September-October

Fall Youth Soccer is one of two soccer sessions offered through CRC. This program consists of an instructional environment for children to learn basic soccer skills, such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. Players are coached by volunteer parents with an emphasis on fun, instruction, and equal participation.  Practices and games are generally held at NCCC Soccer Fields (14th and Allen Streets - see map below) 

WHO: Grades 3rd-6th

Youth Volleyball teaches players basic and accelerated volleyball skills in a progressive learning environment. Participants will learn the rules, strategies, and skills of volleyball while practicing sportsmanship and fun. Players are coached by volunteer parents. The emphasis is on fun, instruction, and equal participation. Practices and games are generally held at CRC's Ralph Miller Gymnasium.

FLAG FOOTBALL

WHO: Grades 1st-4th

SEASON:  Practice - Weekday evenings in September

                 Games - September-October

FEE: $25

Flag Football teaches football fundamentals, such as positions, skills, and teamwork. Players are coached by volunteer parents, who determine practice times and dates. This primary focus of this league is fun, instruction, and equal participation.  Practices and games are generally held at Lakeview Recreation Area (208 S 35th Parkway).

CRC Basketball Clinics are instructed by the NCCC Men's and Women's Basketball Teams. These clinics teach fundamental  skills of basketball, such as dribbling, shooting, and passing with a primary emphasis on fun, instruction, and equal participation.  Clinics are held weekday evenings in January at CRC's Ralph Miller Gymnasium.
