The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program is a community-based physical activity and self-management education program, designed to increase physical activity for those 55 and up, regardless of whether they have arthritis. Participants will meet with a trained leader 3 times per week for the duration of this 6 week program.

 

While walking is the central activity, Walk With Ease is a multi-component program that also includes health education, stretching and strengthening exercises, and lectures, warm up and cool downs in addition to a 10-35 minute walking period!
