Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning which targets strength building and muscular endurance, utilizing resistance training and high-intensity aerobics.

TIME: 5:00am - 6:00am

WHERE: Multipurpose Building

FEE: FREE!

High-Intensity Interval Training mixes short bursts of activity (high-intensity) with brief rest periods (low intensity), with the goal of working women to their maximum cardio capacity.

Senior Aerobics (facilitated by NCCC) allows participants to work at their own pace as they learn techniques that focus on aerobics, muscular fitness, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

POUND® provides a high-intensity full-body workout combining cardio, conditioning, and strength training, while focusing on rhythm and volume using lightly weighted drumsticks. POUND® is a totally different type of workout, designed for all fitness levels. It is easily modifiable and enjoyable no matter age or ability.
